They both have a little bit of different visualisation but I have kind of mixed the two together and use the one I described earlier in both meditations. x
Thank you so much. I downloaded the app and played a bit of a sleep one and a couple of others. My husband downloaded it as well. He as been trying to meditate by playing relaxing to music. He is going to love the guided meditation.
