Rehab. It was where I along with many who
went thru the experience and took what was
taught and applied it on a continuous bases
once I was released back in Aug. 1990.

Today, some 28 yrs sober and living a life
in recovery, I value that experience as a gift
and a new lease on life free from my addiction
to alcohol.

Once we receive the tools and knowledge of
our addiction and a recovery program, we continue
to incorporate them each and everyday moving
forward in life never letting go of those lifelines
that help us achieve health, happiness and honesty.

I never take my sobriety for granted because
ive seen too many folks that have had a taste
of recovery then return to insanity of addiction
with a notion they can drink or use without consequences
that follow.

Addiction is serious and absolutely dangerous
and it hasn't change nor will it ever unless it is
put to rest and kept there with living a continuous
program of recovery in place that is strong and solid
to with stand everyday life situations.

Wish you much success this go round.
