Thanks guys. I've found my latest "treatment" of drinking large amounts of H2o (a gallon, at least) and walking/jogging 3 or 4 miles a day has really helped me focus on other things, although the temptation still comes around occasionally. My "accident" the other day left me with a terrible looking black eye, so looking in the mirror is also a great deterent.
