Breaking the cycle. Yay!
The crave ramped up for me starting after about a week.
The crazy feeling, including a maddening crave, lasted for well over 6 months.
I,was always very kind to myself. Lots of laying down in a comfy place with my eyes closed.
I stayed hydrated and full of good food. I still lost weight because I was able to ramp up my physical activity and exercise.
