Day 19 sober. So here's the thing. I realized today that part of my breathing issues is because I have a weak diaphragm- need to work on learning diaphragmatic breathing, and also I a m out of shape particularly in my core, need to work on that. So I just emailed someone who does private therapeutic yoga sessions in my town, who can hopefully work with me one on one to teach me how to correctly strengthen my diaphragm and my core, and work on diaphragmatic breathing which I so much need to strengthen. I think this could be huge for me to have a coach in this because trying to learn it on my own is not working.

It is only because I am not sitting around stoned all day that I am even able to think about this, reach out to someone, and hopefully get this done. so that is a big step towards wellness that being sober is allowing me to try,
