Manta, my cat yells at the world every morning. She doesn't even go out anywhere except the deck. It's getting too cold for that.
Sober Saturday morning is always a joy. I get to have a big breakfast with steak, omelet, toast, and sweet potato jojos (big chunks, tossed in EVOO and roasted.) MMmmm. Thank you, it does sound good. Maybe I'll remember to take a picture before I devour it. No promises.
I've taken a four mile walk every day this week. It is so lovely out in October. Just perfect.
