Have to echo what everyone else is saying - get to the Docs.
I cut a finger once and didnt get it tended bar antiseptic. Its now got that tingly sensation and lost a bit of touch/feeling. Dont know if it would have been a different story if I had been to the docs but at least I would not be asking myself the question
