Hope you get sorted MB. Had a similar issue but not as bad this morning. The sun is out, it’s a beautiful warm day in the U.K. I got up early to make my first juice on this 28 day juice fast and while cutting peel off a lime the knife slipped and cut a chunk off my thumb knuckle! Filled with stingy lime juice, stung like mad, wouldn’t stop bleeding.
Got an interview for a consultancy role next week and waiting to hear about another so feeling nervous and a bit anxious. I have not worked for 6 months whilst I have been at rehab and then home sorting my life out, getting a good safe alcohol free routine and soon life might get real again if one of the jobs comes through. This is going to be where I am tested as work is a drinking trigger for me, high stress, being around people all day and dealing with egos but I can’t stay a lady of leisure forever I guess! xx
