I am preparing for a 28 day nutrient dense juice fast! No dairy, meat, caffeine and no chewing lol. I’ve been feeling really tired all the time, bloated, lacking energy and generally feeling out of sorts. Did a lot of research about fasting and the benefits so are going to give this a go. I am not a fan of any kind of fad diet and don’t want to do this to loose weight, more to fuel my body properly and give it a break and do a factory reset!

Going to start it next Wednesday, a weeks worth of organic produce arriving on Tuesday and hoping there is enough room in the fridge!
