I guess it depends on what you are trying to accomplish and why, the non alcoholic beers do contain alcohol just less, so you are still taking alcohol into your system, if this is your approach to stop drinking, sorry to tell you this but you havn't stopped, just cut it way down, I know for myself I am an alcoholic and can have no alcohol.
if your not alcoholic like me then this may work great for you,
I know for myself my alcohol intake was but a symptom of deeper problems. that I had to deal with after I stopped drinking compleatly.
