Thanks Kevlarsjal2. I did just that - went out for a walk to try to distract myself from what I was feeling this morning, but came back in the house and cried and just let the despair wash over me. It was over in a few minutes and I do feel a little bit better. Thankfully I have a therapist appointment later on this afternoon.
