Good news at my dentist that my long-suffering tooth is finally fixed.
Bad news - he noticed that my two another teeth have their edges chipped off.
He was like "What the hell?"/
Then he asked me if I by chance have bruxism. I said "Hell, yeah. Sometimes I wake myself up because jaw muscles cramps make my teeth clatter damn hard and loud.
Over the time it causes wear and tear on teeth and fillings.
So, now I am going to wear the special mouthguard while sleeping. And it's damn expensive.
