Thanks guys and gals. Yesterday when I was going through the boxes I was quite accepting that it was the past and whilst still felt shame didn’t let it get me down. Think that’s why I had the dream afterward as my Brian was still processing it, glad to be honest it all happened in the dream. I accept my part in it all and know it will never happen again, I am so much more aware and emotionally stable now so it was just a positive confirmation of how far I have come since those dark days x
