I have to confess that I drank again. I think I am in a bad state mentally. Still locked in the house with all doors and windows shut except windows with security screens. I went to another meeting but it was all about service work so I left. Maybe it's not an alcohol problem but mental health. Planning on finishing these 2 bottles and wiping myself out for the rest of the day on bipolar meds. Got a few things done this morning.
