3 weeks
Tomorrow is 3 weeks sober for me. I知 checking in for accountability (maybe to myself as much as the forum).
Emotionally I知 completely unstable. I致e read how the body is all over the place chemically while it heals and I知 trying to remember that but jeez I知 an emotional wreck! My plan is to keep riding this rollercoaster and hope for an end soon.
Thankfully I致e not had too many cravings to battle. I had one today and practiced urge surfing and it passed pretty quickly.
As always, no matter how I feel, I知 thankful for another sober day.
