Trivia. The car I went to see was a 1974 Peugeot 504 Coupe. The top half of one has recently appeared in a Vodaphone ad featuring Martin Freeman. Fortunately only a weirdo like me would recognise it.
I'm not a massive car person myself but it definitely has its charm to it. I just googled it and on the photos where it's well maintained it looks really cool.
My uncle "collects" old Jaguars, they look pretty cool too. It just seems like so much work to maintain them and they lack all the modern conveniences. If they made a car looking like those vintage one with all the functions and comfort of a new one, that would be mine!
