I felt an internal nudge to spend more time with the people in my life. Amazingly, even though I’ve always been an introvert, relationships with both family and friends have really deepened during this new season of life.

Without the maturity that has come from my sobriety journey, there is no way I would have been open to anything but sheer selfishness.
You are so inspiring and so strong Gilmer! It's incredible how you decide to deal with things and your situation, there's so much to learn from you

I think for me personally this kind maturity you mentioned is really the biggest gift of my recovery.
