I've lost 7.5 kilos since March (~17 pounds) on a low carb diet. Not good enough for the doc tho. I came off the low carb a few weeks ago because ice cream but plan to start up again next week when I return from my business trip. (Off to Ottawa for a few days. Leaving Sunday, returning Wednesday.).
