First thank you all.
2muchpain I was just" Baker acted" in the state of Florida. I was given a number for a 24 hr "confidential" hotline and they asked me if I ever had suicidal thoughts. My reply "sometimes but I'm really trying to get help for myself"
The next thing I knew something resembling a SWAT team was at my door. They kept me for 3 days and sent me home. I drank. To deal with the embarrassment and fear.
My dogs are my only family. I'm hoping to get some positive support while I detox.
