I did try listening to their prerecorded meetings but for some reason it wouldn't play after a few minutes. Going to try again tomorrow.
There are live online meetings too. I'm listening to one right now. I don't have any that I can physically get to easily on a regular basis as it's a bit of a drive, but these online ones are 2xs a week and very convenient.
