The online jigsaw puzzles are quick - I try to do them fast, but some of the Puzzle of the Day ones I just look at and say, "Nope." I know I don't have the patience to spend 30 minutes on a 100 piece puzzle.
The easier ones do slow my brain down and cause me to focus on the breath.
Plus, I don't need a table or a place to put them when I'm finished - nor do I need six days of saying, "That piece isn't here!" I know no pieces are lost in online puzzles. *nods*
