Congratulations! Hang in there, I don't want to sound scary but I didn't really feel good for the whole first year. The first four months was especially dreadful.
However, I can't believe how good and full of energy I feel today. So much has changed in the last 6 months and I didn't really have to do anything more than just let it happen.
