Roughly one month after I turned 39. Daily drinker for close to 13 years. 10 to 20 beers a day. It's been five months and the post acute withdrawal is horrible.
However there has to be some kind of relief in sight. Staying sober mainly because I never want to go thru what I'm going thru right now. Especially the health anxiety.
