Well mostly all good
Visited friend's last night for a bit- b4 going to a meeting. She is a Mental Health nurse and told me it was good that I still go to meetings- because in her years of experience (about 35) she has seen many alcie's (my term, not hers) get sober- for a number of years- only to stop being proactive in their recovery and they (yep you guessed it) relax (her word) and go back to drinking.
