Good morning Julyers!! Welcome everyone who is new!! Today is a fabulous Sober morning! Day 42... crazy good! I’m feeling much better mentally today, the past 4 days where incredibly difficult but I was steadfast in not picking up and handing over my will. It isn’t always peaches and cream! For 4 weeks things where amazing from where I had been, then poof the “pink” cloud turned somewhat grey and I really struggled but I rooted myself in my plan, reached out, posted on SR, hit meetings and surrounded myself with sober folks even when I wanted to isolate and today the grey cloud is less gray! Hang in everyone it really does work if you work it! 💕
