Coming to the end of day 2.
Haven't eaten a lot since I don't want to irritate and already irritated digestive system.
Taken the dog out for longer walks, feeling tired tho I did do over 16k steps today
I've been reading other posts here and I'm inspired to do more re- walking, especially walking the dog. I have a weight problem but there's a park a mile or so away from me so it could be a good opportunity to exercise more.
Hopefully my stomach picks up a bit tomorrow.
Think because I've had such a bad time of it stomach wise, I've definitely not been craving alcohol. I have been trying to drink more water than soda, dinner was a couple of slices of toast because I didn't want something heavy.
