How best to divide 0.4mg subutex
Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone could help with this. I've tapered down to 0.4gm of subutex but coming off completely from this level is surprisingly unpleasant (horrific restless leg syndrome, other stuff). I thus want to continue tapering but would like to do it as accurately as possible. 0.4mg is the smallest dose available where I live so I'm looking to divide it in two. The pill is pretty small and regular pill cutters are not much use: it either crumbles or is cut unpredictably.
I did have another idea which is crush it as finely as I can and create two piles of approximately 0.2mg. Thoughts?
I'd love to hear about experiences and ideas as how to do this. It really feels so near yet so far...
