Good morning all! Weekdays are much easier for me. I got through yesterday without a peep from my AV. The danger at this early stage for me is to underestimate the potential for a moment of weakness. Weekends, restaurants, and literally someone just talking about drinking have been problematic in the past. I poured out any leftover booze i had from july 4. Theres light beer in the house but im not worried about that.
I've been through this a few times unfortunately, but i know what i want and need to do. Its never too late to grow up and get responsible, even in middle age.
