I had previously stopped drinking for 13 years, then started again and drank for about 2-3 years. I stopped this time when I was in my late sixties. My liver wouldn’t last if I were to start again. I am so grateful in so many ways that I am sober. It was really hard this last time and I don’t want to risk that ever again! I am so grateful.
