34...now im 35 and 7 and a half months in. My body had just had enough..elevated liver enyme, nightsweats, seemed like every organ ached..all my joints ached, constantly tired, and anxious..gosh just writing this i have zero desire to ever go back to that place! 40 is a good age to quit! You have alot more life to live! Just stick with it. Your body and mind will thank you😊
