I managed to catch it with a glass bowl & some cardboard & let it go out of the window

For just that.
I mean, don't get me wrong. I also have bug spray because vaulted ceilings, no screens, big spiders, and a desire for sleep. I also have a cat who likes to kill and eat the crawly things.
