So glad you got through that love....and even if it sounds a bit yuch, my sponsor told me to drink a glass of milk if I had a craving.....it always helped me. Really hard to crave alcohol after that.

Thanks Venuscat ❤️ The only milk is those teeny weeny round long life ones that you need 3 of for a half decent coffee, I’ve used up 2 in cups of tea already and only have 4 left, 1 more perhaps for a cup of bedtime tea ( I should have brought some herbal tea...) and 3 for a coffee in the morning. This motel... the Hilton it’s definitely not lol
