Snuf - Glad you posted. Sorry to hear about another self-harm incident. Please, post as often as you want to and don't hesitate for a split second. It's is tough to go through breakup, but sometimes it's necessary. I can tell from my own experience.

I just can't believe myself. Yesterday, while watching soccer, I ate ridiculous amount of peanuts and now my stomach hurts like hell and I feel like crap. Am I a kid or what?
I am wrestling with my presentation now and I have just two hours two wrap it up. Ok. Good thing about deadline is that it forces me to get rid of non-essentials.
