Doing well here....fleeting thoughts coming less, replacing thoughts of missing drinking with thoughts of disgust and shame....
Cried yesterday morning....sorry for what I have done to my body and for hurting others....sorry for the wasted years....
I felt much better feeling the feelings, numb with alcohol for so long.
Enjoying beautiful weather in northern Illinois. (That’s by the Great Lakes).
