TOD, I don't know if my BP has actually gone down but I definitely don't miss that heart pounding, out of breath feeling after smoking.. You will start noticing physical changes pretty much right away.
Ugh yeah mornings were difficult at first though, just stock up on lots of breakfast foods. I never used to eat breakfast but I actually have to now if I don't want to be all moody.. I'll have to come back and write more later but just wanted to say good luck and keep us posted!
