Hi Arpeggioh! I can relate to your bad snacking habits and your over-reliance on meat, dairy, and eggs. Some keto people count fiber and minus it from the daily carb percentage, so that might help you conquer your fear of brussels sprouts, too But I totally hear you and relate. We all have "fear foods" and "safe foods." That's definitely a disordered way of thinking about eating I need to work on, at least.
