Suffering a bit right now. I had a bad moment win my husband this morning and I am still holding onto the negative energy for some reason. And of course now I want to overeat to stuff the feelings down. Just need a little extra support please from anyone who feels they can offer it. I don’t want to binge. I just ate some protein and fat and am hoping that will help me.
