You guys are so inspiring to me, but I don't think I'm ready for a major change in my diet because of my on-going struggle with fighting urges to drink...
BUT I want to cut out most of the nastiness I consume every day in large quantities, so cans and cans of red bull and coke, jelly beans, skittles, crisps and chocolate. I think it would help to reduce my mindless snacking...
