Thanks everyone I appreciate the comments. I am having a nice day doing some cleaning and pottering around. I am so determined to do this. A thread I read on here yesterday about a man with pains in his liver shocked me as I also have them but bloods and ultrasound came back normal so I know it is only a matter of time before serious damage is done if not already as the pains are not for nothing. I'm looking forward to life sober 😀
