I had some of the same symptoms as you describe early in recovery. If you had good lab results, that's a good thing. Try not to worry too much.
My experience with PAWS was that it comes and goes. I hope you feel better soon.
The other thing I'd suggest is that you practice gratitude every day. Gratitude will make you feel happier. It strengthened my recovery and improved my whole attitude.
