People tend to have this idea that the longer you've smoked, or the more you've smoked, the worse you'll feel when you quit. However, the longer you've smoked, or the more you've smoked, the more toxic poison you have put into your body, and the worse you presently feel. Therefore, the more you've smoked, or the longer you've smoked,
the better you'll feel when you quit.
