I'm so grateful you've got those 3 sober days, and know you can build on that, one day at a time, and soon enough you'll have those 11 months (and a good life) back.
I've got 11 months myself and I daily forget that I'm an alcoholic.
I drank pretty much consistently for years but every so often there'd be a massive binge and I could never tell if those would last days or weeks ~ one was three weeks and how I didn't die I don't know, but I did end up in the wrong country, fracture my skull, trash a kitchen, get arrested, and more.
So thank you for a great post and a reminder to stay vigilant. You sound like you've got this. Keep Going!
