Hi everyone,
I'm new here and had an awful binge drinking night last night where I ended up throwing things and acting like a complete crazy person. My mother is very sick and I have a lot of pent up anxiety but there is no excuse. I realize I can't control my behaviour when I drink sometimes and therefore since it is unpredictable how I will act I need to stop completely. Today is day 1. Thanks for listening.
