Sounds like you have some very good reasons to quit.
My advice is to work hard at that - and take responsibility for the things you've done.
Its not about beating your self up - but admitting I'd done wrong and owning the bad choices I'd made disease or not, didn't mean it or not - that was crucial to my recovery and crucial to me rebuilding the fences I'd broken with my loved ones.
