Day 4 is Kicking my a**
I have been telling myself that cravings only last 9 minutes. Its been helping. Yesterday I took my son to NASA and spent 8 hours there. Ive been putting that off forever . Today I actually mowed my lawn. But going to Kroger’s was the hardest... because my liquor store is in the same parking lot. What stopped me from buying my little ten pack of fireball shots I have no idea. But it waze THE HARDEST THING I HAVE DONE IN FOREVER. I’m home now. Sober and will not drink today.
