The first week was the toughest for me, Blondescorp.
I was hanging on by the skin of my teeth and support of SR.
Sometimes it felt that life stood still and I was in emotional coma.
The brain starts the process of recovery and shuts down lots of by-processes.
I am 5+ years sober.
I hardly remember that alcohol once was part of my life at all.
I am glad I didn't give up after 5 those brutal 5 days.
