Feelings.. flowing...
I'm mad... angry... crying....
Emotions flowing....
To be abused... again... and again...
All my life...
By my parents... by my brother...
Emotional abuse, psychological abuse, verbal abuse....
Is WRONG, WRONG, WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!!!
And I am VERY VERY much feeling the injustice of them living in beautiful big homes while I'm feeling very disconnected from life at every turn....
This past week I've been brought into quietness often, meditation, safe spaces...
And here comes the flood of emotions I've been so desperately wanting to hold back...
