Maybe tulsi...

Maybe throat coat...

Maybe belly comfort...

Whatever would benefit an area of the body is feeling some bit of stress...

Whatever area where chakras and energy flow is balled up, tight, tense, and would love some relaxation.

Turn on some soothing, spa-like music...

Let the soul sink into full relaxation.

If you've been the target of abuse, perhaps get up... close the curtains, lock the door, surround yourself with peace, quiet and safety.

Snuggle into a soft, comfy blanket...

Or simply lay down with feet up against the wall...

Letting all fears, all emotions from past events, all of everything... be...

Be felt...

Be honored...

Be recognized.
