I had the help of weekly sessions with my addiction counselor and daily visits here. I no longer see the counselor, but still come here every day to read and post.
The last time I relapsed, I knew it was
the last time. I knew I couldn't go on, that I'd drink myself to death if I continued.
I wanted to live, so I got sober for good.
