Day 15 off the alcohol for me, and all anxiety gone (have given up coffee except for an occasional, probably 3 cups in last 2 weeks). I was desperately miserable on New Years Day and did a search for support forums. Abracadabra! The real test will be socialising at night time which I have avoided, (or maybe people stopped asking me out anymore as I was always the drunk at the party?) Onwards and upwards but it's all good!
